Service Description

Full health analysis going over nutrition, lifestyle, health history, body systems, physical manifestations, emotional well-being, spiritual status and more. We then take all the information gained and design a very in depth treatment plan together. Allow 90-120 minutes for this session. A follow up appointment will then be booked in for a follow up review after 4 weeks to see how progress has gone, and if there were any difficulties or challenges to the treatment plan. Please allow five days prior to consultation, to fill-in registration forms, a 3 day food diary I will email through, and have them returned to me to look over pre consultation. This allows for the maximum results from your consultation. This can be done in clinic or via video call. Please indicate your choice in the following form when booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or not showing up for a booking with no prior notification will result in a cancellation fee of up to 80% at our discretion.
